AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Senior Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deploy solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. This role involves leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and architecting complex solutions while contributing to customer-facing workshops and presentations. The candidate should have 25% travel required.
