Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules. Develop custom applications and solutions within ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and implement automation and orchestration for IT processes.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and configurations
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow server/client scripting
  • Experience building custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and data transformations (JSON, XML)
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB structure, and access control (ACL)
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and how they align with ServiceNow processes
