We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Configurator specializing in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow BCM and ITSM modules for our client in consulting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and a strong understanding of BCM and ITSM principles and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with specific experience in BCM and ITSM modules
- Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management and IT Service Management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, forms, and integrations
