Paralucent is seeking a ServiceNow Configurator specializing in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) to assist a client in the consulting services sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and experience in configuring and implementing BCM and ITSM modules.
Requirements
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow BCM and ITSM modules to meet the organization's business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT service management requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations related to BCM and ITSM within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure the BCM and ITSM modules are aligned with the organization's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of the BCM and ITSM configurations to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date.
- Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow BCM and ITSM functionalities.
- Perform thorough testing and validation of BCM and ITSM configurations to ensure functionality and performance meet the required standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of BCM and ITSM configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates, evaluating their impact on BCM and ITSM configurations and making necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users on BCM and ITSM functionalities within ServiceNow.
