Windward Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to join their team in a fast-paced, agile environment. The role involves implementing ServiceNow ITSM components, leading technical workshops, and providing guidance to clients. This position is key to the growth of the ServiceNow practice area and offers opportunities for employee development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a key technical resource for large-scale projects and/or implementations centered around ServiceNow ITSM
• Multiple DevOps Change Velocity Deployments
• Experience using latest ServiceNow releases
• ServiceNow developed solutions in client environments
• Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of the internal customers and senior management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Resource should be able to work the hours needed for the project
• ServiceNow ITSM Certification
• ServiceNow Dev Ops Chagne Velocity Micro certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
