Requirements
- ServiceNow implementation experience in CSM and ITSM modules
- Experience with Service Portal and integration with external systems
- Configuration and customization of the Service Now system
- Scripting and automation using Service Now Orchestration
- Data manipulation and maintenance
- ITIL/ITSM process understanding
- System integration testing
- Hands-on design, development and deployment of the Service Now platform
