NTT DATA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM architect to join their team in Hyderabad, India. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM and ITOM processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with at least 4 years in an architect role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules, including CMDB design and maintenance.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS) and development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in MID Server configuration, ServiceNow Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience with Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management integrations.
- Proven ability to design and document architectural solutions for complex business requirements.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
