Acuity Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer to support one of its premier federal clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive ServiceNow development and implementation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor less experienced ServiceNow consultants.
Requirements
- 5 or more years' experience using and developing solutions for the ServiceNow Platform
- 2 or more years configuring the IT Service Management and IT Business Management applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent related field experience)
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Excellent presentation skills and experience in conducting ServiceNow Application functional workshops
- Excellent communication skills demonstrating an ability to communicate on both a technical and project management level
- Well-honed written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
