Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow or other digital platforms
- Technical background and knowledge of JavaScript
- Education within IT or similar, preferably with relevant certifications
- Interest in process improvement and customer value
- Experience with integrations and APIs
- Good skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
