Enroute is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Practice Lead to establish and scale their ServiceNow practice within Mexico and beyond. This is a unique opportunity for a technical leader who thrives at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client engagement. The role focuses on leading implementations, shaping ServiceNow capabilities, and building a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM + ITOM required; HRSD and/or CSM a plus).
  • Multiple ServiceNow certifications (CSA + 2+ Implementation Specialist certs).
  • Strong background in designing and leading integrations.
  • Track record of mentoring ServiceNow developers.
  • Excellent communicator with both technical and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Experience in pre-sales: demos, workshops, proposals, and executive engagement.
  • Skilled in writing SOWs and negotiating requirements.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial and growth-driven - you want to build, not just manage.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, but structured and disciplined in delivery.
  • Collaborative team player and face of the practice.
