ServiceNow Lead Engineer - ITOM

NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Engineer to lead a team of Software Engineers in providing development support for complex professional services projects. This role focuses on implementing and developing ServiceNow applications using leading practices, providing training, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of ITOM and experience working with ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience with ServiceNow products
• 5+ years of leadership level experience with IT Operations Management tools such as ServiceNow
• 5+ years of client facing consulting experience
• Strong experience with ITOM
• Experience with ServiceNow for custom application design and development
• Experience with ServiceNow for custom application design and development
• Creation of script-based Assignment and Approval rules, custom related lists, Access Control list, UI Policy and client script
• Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes and hands on with ITIL process implementation
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of ITIL
