NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Engineer with Custom Applications & Integrations experience to lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers. The role involves configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, implementing client requirements, mentoring project crew members, and ensuring alignment with company standards and frameworks. ServiceNow is a trusted advisor to enterprise leaders on the Now Platform, helping organizations to scale with confidence.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow products
- 4+ years of experience on ServiceNow
- 3+ years of leadership level experience with Enterprise Management tools and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
- 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience
- Passion in engineering science and technology
- Experience with ServiceNow for custom application design and development
- Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
