This ServiceNow Manager role involves developing and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs and support the IT department. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITSM modules, integration, and support of developers, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. They will also be expected to work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support other developers and integrate existing systems with ServiceNow.
  • Develop ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, etc.) in ServiceNow.
  • Establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal communication, collaboration, analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of web technologies.

Requirements Summary

7+ years IT experience, B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA. ServiceNow experience is key. Excellent communication & time management skills
