ServiceNow MariaDB Server Administrator

Join our CACI team as a ServiceNow MariaDB Server Administrator to support the EITaaS contract for the United States Air Force. As a part of our innovative and fast-paced IT team, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting MariaDB databases in ServiceNow environments.

Requirements

• Hands on management, configuration, operation, and support of MariaDB databases
• Develop technical solutions and implement them with testing
• Work with senior leadership and a team on ServiceNow MariaDB configuration and operation
• Intermediate to senior level of ServiceNow and MariaDB required
• A fundamental understanding of relational databases
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow and MariaDB
• Understanding of load balancing and network performance as it related to database queries
