ServiceNow MariaDB Server Administrator

Join CACI's innovative IT team as a ServiceNow MariaDB Server Administrator in support of the EITaaS contract for the United States Air Force. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MariaDB databases and ServiceNow, as well as strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• Hands on management, configuration, operation, and support of MariaDB databases in support of self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
• Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform appropriate testing.
• Work with senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and configuration required for ServiceNow MariaDB to operate effectively and efficiently.
• Intermediate to senior level of ServiceNow and MariaDB required.
• A fundamental understanding of relational databases.
• Experienced in operating REHL servers and working as a system administrator.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
