ServiceNow Platform Analyst - CSDM

NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Analyst - CSDM to join their India team in support of a large global client. This is an opportunity to implement and develop customizations on ServiceNow environments, working with leading practices and developing code using industry standards. The role focuses on providing technical expertise, mentoring, and contributing to outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles for cloud-based platforms
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow functionalities and features of Platform Analyst with CSDM
• Solid knowledge of glide record usage, XML and structural programming concepts
• Proficient in JavaScript
• Excellent understanding of core object-oriented programming
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of relational databases
