ServiceNow Platform Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring a sustainable architecture and that the platform is adapted to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, and integration options.
• Experience in designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow.
• Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile work methods.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide both customers and development teams.
• Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
