ServiceNow Platform Architect

Okta is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join the Business Technology Team and accelerate the delivery of business outcomes. The role involves building, enhancing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, focusing on scalability, security, and high-performing solutions. The platform architect will contribute to architectural design and integration, and also take a platform guardian role to minimize technical debt.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration at an enterprise level
• Multiple ServiceNow certifications across various modules
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideRecord, REST/SOAP APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Workflows, Flow Designer, Service Portal development, Workspace/UI Builder
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization within the ServiceNow environment
• Skilled at analyzing and mapping complex business processes to technical solutions
• High focus on user experience with a propensity for incorporating modern design trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to access federal environments or protected data
