We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and transformation of our ServiceNow platform from traditional IT Service Management (ITSM) to a holistic Enterprise Service Management (ESM) framework.
Requirements
- Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB and Discovery, Security Operations (SecOps), and other modules including the emerging Agentic AI capabilities.
- Proven experience working in diverse international environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to respect, empathy, and ethical collaboration
