ServiceNow Platform Engagement, Senior Consultant- Operate

We are seeking an Engagement/Project Manager specializing in the ServiceNow platform on a 1-year fixed term. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex ServiceNow engagements for a leading North American Bank. This long-term staff augmentation role requires strong expertise in project management, technical understanding of ServiceNow, and the ability to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• 5+ years of proven project management experience (Agile or Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial services or similar regulated environments preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
