ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Join Signify Health as a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to be the cornerstone of our ServiceNow implementation. As the primary dedicated ServiceNow resource, you will be responsible for developing and administering our ServiceNow instance, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with our business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, security, and system configuration.
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles and their application within ServiceNow.
• Experience implementing and configuring core ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies relevant to ServiceNow development (though a focus on minimizing custom coding is desired).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership of the ServiceNow platform.
