Exiger is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, governance, and hands-on administration of their ServiceNow environment. This role involves the development lifecycle, configuration, deployment, optimization, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology roadmap. The ideal candidate will be both a technical leader and a strategic platform owner, capable of translating business objectives into scalable ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements
- Own and manage the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
- Define and maintain platform governance and architecture standards.
