This role oversees the platform’s development lifecycle from design to maintenance, ensuring ServiceNow solutions align with business needs and technology roadmap. The ideal candidate is technical and strategic, translating business objectives into scalable ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements
- Own and manage the ServiceNow platform
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules
- Define and maintain platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices
