Sword is seeking a strategic ServiceNow Platform Owner/Manager to lead the governance, development, and optimisation of their platform. This pivotal role will drive the delivery of a best-in-class enterprise platform, enabling IT transformation, operational excellence, and innovation within the Energy, Public and Finance Sectors. The role is based in Aberdeen, Scotland, and requires regular travel to offices in Glasgow, UK.

Requirements
