Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years hands-on in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
- Demonstrated success in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or solution architect role for enterprise clients.
- Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and their configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience building and presenting complex technical solutions that result in deal wins.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
