The role involves leading analysis, design, and optimization of enterprise workflows built using the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8 years of experience as a business analyst with a focus on ServiceNow, preferably CSM module expertise
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
