The role of ServiceNow Process Architect involves designing, optimizing, and scaling business processes within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment. This role requires expertise in GRC, FSM, CSM, ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM, along with experience with ILM processes. The architect should drive a services-based approach and collaborate with various teams to deliver solutions to client requirements, solve problems, and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
  • ServiceNow CSA Required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC, FSM, CSM, ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITBM, HRSD (any 3 certifications required).
  • Prior experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and HP Service Manager.
