NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Process Consultant to join their remote team. The successful candidate will work with clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness, leading business process design workshops, and defining industry and client-specific business process solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, minimally ITSM
- 4+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements
- ITIL Foundations
- Certification and/or Expertise in additional practice areas such as ITAM, ITBM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, Service Portal (UX Design), etc.
Requirements Summary
4+ years of ServiceNow experience, 4+ years of experience leading business process design workshops, ITIL Foundations, certification in additional practice areas
