Sopra Steria is seeking a ServiceNow Process Lead to lead and develop processes related to the ServiceNow platform for customers, ensuring they are effective, sustainable, and tailored to their operations.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in process development and process leadership in IT, preferably related to ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- A deep understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and process frameworks.
- The ability to lead workshops and facilitate requirements gathering.
- Experience of working closely with both business and IT.
- Relevant academic education in IT, management, or equivalent.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
