ServiceNow Product Owner – Hire to Retire (f/m/div.) (Salary: ~86.000 EUR p.a.*)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to define and drive the product vision and strategy for ServiceNow, working closely with stakeholders and Business Process Teams to align with overarching business goals.

Requirements

• Completed university studies of Information Technology, IT-Engineering or a comparable subject
• Several years and deep expertise in multiple areas of ServiceNow
• Accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products and modules
• Technical knowledge of HRSD, understanding of Human Resource processes and business cases
• Experience with ServiceNow in different modules, ideally with HRSD module
• Experience with HR-specific integrations (e.g., payroll, talent management, performance management)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
