ServiceNow Product Owner - ITAM

CVS Health is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, and technically proficient IT Asset Management (ITAM) Product Owner to lead the vision, execution, and continuous improvement of our enterprise ITAM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 5+ years in IT Asset Management and Product Ownership.
• 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB).
• 3+ years' experience in managing a team of engineers and developers.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in asset lifecycle management and operational forecasting.
• 5+ years' xperience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic delivery environment with versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting.
