We are looking for a proactive and experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to drive the successful delivery of ServiceNow platform initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT or Digital Transformation, with 2+ years as a ServiceNow Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management concepts
