Join our Technology Hub in Portugal and work on national and international projects in the areas of ITSM, ITOM, HR, IRM, Customer Service and Security Operations. Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform and participate in agile projects.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and automation tools on the platform
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or ServiceNow Agile Module
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and, ideally, knowledge of French, German or Arabic
- ServiceNow certification (e.g. Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer)
- Availability to travel frequently
