URGENT: ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS TODAY ONLY! Our partner is looking for a Programmer Analyst to join their team as soon as possible. The position is fully remote within the Province of Quebec. The Programmer will play a key role in the design, integration and optimization of ServiceNow solutions within the project to replace Service Desk.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform environment
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in the IT field, including three (3) years as an administrator and/or configurator on the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of configuring a CMDB based on ServiceNow’s CSDM framework
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation v3 or v4
- Practical experience in using the automated testing capabilities (ATF) offered in the platform
- Experience in carrying out a project using the agile approach
