We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager with comprehensive experience and knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will drive the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects from initiation through deployment while managing cross-functional teams and aligning with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Demonstrated experience managing projects involving ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and IT asset management frameworks
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture
