We are looking for a ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our team. As a ServiceNow QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated and manual testing solutions to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with development team, BAs, and Platform Architect to improve test coverage, enhance testing efficiency, and help deliver reliable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Experience with manual testing, including test case creation and execution
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and QA principles
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Good knowledge of Now Platform administration and configuration
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs)
- Experience with Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar tools for automated API testing
