ServiceNow QA Engineer

Fujitsu is seeking a ServiceNow QA Engineer to create, execute, and manage test plans for ITAM modules using ServiceNow platform testing. The role involves understanding functional and technical requirements, providing test insights, and collaborating with development and business teams to ensure quality. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow platform testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and other scripting languages for automated testing.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
