As a ServiceNow QA Engineer at Solventum, you will be responsible for managing quality assurance validation, testing, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow implementation and upgrades. You will collaborate with developers, administrators, and project teams to ensure application requirements are met. You will also develop and execute test plans and cases, identify and track software defects, and participate in post-release testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 4 years of IT software systems quality assurance engineering experience
- 4 years of developing and executing QA test scripting and automation in an IT system
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with other aspects of quality assurance testing
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Experience with and able to write and edit Javascript
- Experience with ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) platform
