Join DXC Vietnam as a ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations by developing and executing automated test cases, performing regression testing, and supporting major platform upgrades.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred)
- Knowledge and/or micro-certification in at least one of the following: Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English
