[SO] Senior ServiceNow

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead technical architecture, build and manage a ServiceNow team, and drive best practices in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in ServiceNow development, have a strong understanding of the platform, and experience with integrations and advanced features. They will support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and other ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or architect role.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CMDB, discovery, and service mapping concepts.
• Proficient with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Strong team collaboration and leadership qualities.
