The ServiceNow QA/Test Lead will lead the testing strategy, planning, and execution for ServiceNow implementations and custom applications. They will work closely with developers, business analysts, and clients to ensure solutions meet requirements. The role focuses on functional, non-functional, and integration testing, automation, and validation of system integrity.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy.
- Oversee, design test scripts and execute manual and automated tests.
- Implement test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and business analysts.
- Define and enforce QA best practices.
- Facilitate UAT with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide test coverage reports and defect analysis.
- Manage defect lifecycle using ServiceNow Test Management.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.
- Generate detailed test reports.
