ServiceNow Recruiter

AHEAD is building platforms for digital business, focusing on cloud infrastructure, automation, and analytics. They are a diversity-focused organization seeking a ServiceNow Recruiter to drive and expand recruiting efforts. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will build strong relationships with hiring managers, contribute to building project teams, and ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in candidate research/recruitment at the professional services or search firm level
• Experience with Hardware/Software & IT Services recruitment, ServiceNow & Modern Data Center services preferred
• Strong command of Boolean search, natural language search, social media, and job board search
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organization
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
