ServiceNow Requirements Specialist/Engineer

This role is a Requirements Specialist/Engineer for a ServiceNow development program. The position focuses on the agile development process, involving requirements definition, management, and ensuring alignment with customers' needs. It requires collaboration with stakeholders and ServiceNow configuration expertise. The position is suited for candidates with 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow platform and configuration knowledge and experiences.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, and customer engagement experience.
• Requirements development and management in an Agile Environment including sprint planning, management, backlog grooming, and user story development.
• 4+ years of experience working as Requirements Specialist supporting an Agile Development Program - ServiceNow agile development domain is a must.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configurations, Best Practices, and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
