Requirements
- Design conversational flows using Virtual Agent Designer.
- Build topics, conditions, responses, and dialog flows.
- Integrate Virtual Agent with catalog, incidents, and knowledge base.
- Configure NLU models and train intent recognition.
- Test chatbot interactions and validate fallback scenarios.
- Customize UI components for chat interaction.
- Use scripting for advanced logic in dialog responses.
- Monitor chat logs for improvements and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define chatbot scope.
