We are seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Chabot AI Developer to build AI-based chatbots using ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer. The role includes designing conversational flows, configuring NLU intents, and integrating with TPRM workflows to enable self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• Design conversational flows using Virtual Agent Designer.
• Build topics, conditions, responses, and dialog flows.
• Integrate Virtual Agent with catalog, incidents, and knowledge base.
• Configure NLU models and train intent recognition.
• Test chatbot interactions and validate fallback scenarios.
• Customize UI components for chat interaction.
• Use scripting for advanced logic in dialog responses.
• Monitor chat logs for improvements and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define chatbot scope.
• Keep chatbot framework up to date with platform releases.
