The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and strategic advisory capabilities, focusing on maximizing ServiceNow investments and process optimization. This role emphasizes building strong advisor relationships and driving business value through ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- 3+ years experience in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
- 5+ years experience in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- 2+ Years of experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
- 5+ years of experience leading client workshops and translating business processes into technical solutions.
Requirements Summary
10+ years ServiceNow exp. 3+ years advisory/technical delivery. 5+ years proposal writing & workshops. CSA, CIS 2+, ITIL foundation preferred
