Landis+Gyr is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Analyst to join their global team. The role combines ServiceNow Platform Administration and ITSM skills, with a focus on integrating ServiceNow with other platforms. This role is a backup to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery and will manage platform Maintainability, Performance, Security and Upgradeability, project leadership, and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Relevant years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration and ServiceNow Integrations
- Skilled in ServiceNow ITSM support, ServiceNow GRC
- Relevant experience with ServiceNow CMDB configuration and management
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving
- Very good interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills
- Fluent English
Requirements Summary
ServiceNow Platform Admin experience is key. ServiceNow ITSM/GRC skills are required, along with CMDB & Discovery. Fluent English is necessary
