ServiceNow Senior Analyst (Platform, ITSM & Integrations)

Landis+Gyr is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Analyst to manage platform stability, performance, security, and upgrades. The role involves leading ServiceNow upgrade projects, managing instance clones, maintaining documentation, and implementing integrations. The analyst will also serve as a backup for other teams, including CMDB, SecOps, and Discovery.

Requirements

• Responsible for platform Manageability, Performance, Security and Upgradeability.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrade projects.
• Lead instance cloning activities.
• Create and maintain internal ServiceNow documentation.
• Manage and Commit update sets.
• Manage the ServiceNow Users and Groups.
• Execute the platform maintenance tasks.
• Resolve platform related Incidents.
• Implement and support required ServiceNow integrations.
• Implement changes and support the ITSM solution.
• Work in partnership with other ServiceNow Team members.
• Be a backup to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related activities.
