ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to analyze and design new business processes, monitor process performance, and collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow and experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts, and other supporting system documentation.
