The role of ServiceNOW Senior Business Consultant involves leading client engagement, designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in ServiceNow design and development, business analysis, and service management concepts.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ServiceNow design and development in a consulting environment
- Understanding of Business Analysis and Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principals and procedures
- High level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and ideally experience of platform delivery and enhancement
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist across a minimum of four applications
- ITIL Foundation
- Some ServiceNow development and scripting skills such as JavaScript, HTML and XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS
- Project Management and Training certification and experience
- Strong communications both written and oral, ability to present solutions to customers including senior management
