The Senior Engagement Manager (SEM) will manage the deployment of ServiceNow solutions, serve as the primary client contact, handle issues, and maintain client satisfaction. The role is fully remote and requires a US-based candidate. The SEM will lead project teams and facilitate solution workshops, acting as a key point of contact and mentor.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve success with multiple ServiceNow implementation projects
  • 7+ years’ experience in a professional services organization with consulting experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in ServiceNow consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification (desirable)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification (preferred)
  • ITIL Foundations Certification (preferred)
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Very strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-centric attitude
  • Strong ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution
