As a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, configuration, and occasional customization of ServiceNow applications, with a primary focus on Customer Service Management (CSM), Finance Operations Management (FOM) and related modules. You will deliver new functionality, support the entire development lifecycle, and help address product-related incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
  • 6+ years of ServiceNow solution development, with 3+ years specifically focused on Service Management (CSM) and Finance Operations Management (FOM) modules.
  • Strong understanding of CSM & Finance processes and how they can be automated and improved using ServiceNow CSM and FOM modules.
  • Strong experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus).
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow CSM and Finance modules including service portals, case management workflows, service catalogs and knowledge bases, analytics
  • Familiarity with Integrating CSM with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP.)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
  • Fluent English (both written and oral).
