ServiceNow Senior Implementation Consultant

Windward Consulting is looking for a high caliber ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to deliver on large-scale ITSM implementations and migrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management service catalog workflows and integrations, and possess expertise in ServiceNow CMDB.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in ITSM
• ServiceNow Micro-certifications in CMDB
• Experience in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Experience working within Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments, and understanding of associated compliance requirements.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus and deep experience on ITSM and integrations.
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor’s tool products
• Strong experience performing business and technical requirement solicitation and capture, and defining and designing customer processes.
• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide scripting
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert.
• Excellent written communications skills to produce process, requirements and technical design content.
