ServiceNow Senior Project Manager - EMEA

NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Project Manager to lead multiple small to medium-sized professional services projects. The successful candidate will have experience in technology project management, strong communication and relationship skills, and a strong understanding of project management principles.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of business-related experience
• 3 years in technology Project/Program management
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including project financials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for different clients
• Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
• PMP certification
• Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred
• ServiceNow certifications / accreditations preferred
